With nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources—and credentials including a Master’s in Human Resources (MSHR), PHR, and SHRM-CP certifications—I’ve had the privilege of supporting leaders, teams, and organizations through every stage of growth.
I specialize in partnering with small businesses and founder-led companies, helping them build strong HR foundations without the overhead of a full-time hire. I started LinkHR because I saw a real gap: companies need great HR to grow and thrive, but not all of them need—or can afford—a full-time HR leader. That’s where I come in.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries—from tech and healthcare to aviation and manufacturing. That variety has taught me how to meet businesses where they are, adapt quickly, and bring practical, people-first solutions to whatever challenges they’re facing.
